Its owner and founder, Mr. Thomas E. Barnes is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). His career has included high level positions for advising, mentoring and training for global contracts supporting the Department of Defense, Department of State, the Department of State International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Bureau, USAID, Federal Bureau of Investigations and NATO Joint Force Training Center.
Mr. Barnes is a retired Special Operations U.S. Army Officer Lieutenant Colonel. During his distinguished military career he has held positions as a Commander, Counter Drug Planning Executive, Operations Advisor and Emergency/Crisis Manager and Chief of Special Operations. He holds an M.S. in Human Resource Management and a B.A. in Criminal Justice.
